WG1
Die WG1 besteht aus Schlafzimmer (10,35m²) und Wohnzimmer (15,70m²) zur Alleinbenützung sowie Küche (13,50m²), Badezimmer (7,66m²), WC (1,90m²) und Gang (9,66m²) zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit der WG2 und WG3.
In der WG1 ist im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer ein Laminatboden verlegt. Die Beheizung erfolgt mit Heizkörper und kann in beiden
Zimmer unterschiedlich geregelt werden.
Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Bett (140x200cm), ein Schrank, ein Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl. Zusätzlich kann das
Bettzeug (Kissen, Decke und Bettwäsche) mitbenüzt werden.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Wohnlandschaft bestehend aus Sessel, Couchtisch sowie einer Wohnwand und einem Fernseher ausgestattet. Zudem besteht ein direkter Zugang zum Balkon.
Miete für WG1: € 360,00 + € 110,00 Betriebskosten.
Die WG1 kann ab dem 21. September 2024 wieder gemietet werden.
Der Mieter darf den Mietgegenstand nur für eigene Wohnzwecke benutzen. Die gänzliche Untervermietung oder Überlassung der Mietsache an Dritte ist nicht gestattet. Die Anmeldung des Zweitwohnsitzes ist möglich.
The WG1 consists of a bedroom (10.35m²) and living room (15.70m²) for sole use as well as a kitchen (13.50m²), bathroom (7.66m²), toilet (1.90m²) and hallway (9.66m²) for shared use with WG2 and WG3.
In shared apartment 1 there is a laminate floor in the bedroom and living room. The heating is done with radiators and can be regulated differently in both rooms.
In the bedroom there is a bed (140x200cm), a closet, a desk with an office chair. In addition, bedding (pillows, blankets and bed linen) can be used.
The living room is equipped with a living area consisting of an armchair, coffee table, a wall unit and a television. There is also direct access to the balcony.
Rent for shared apartment 1: € 360.00 + € 110.00 operating costs.
The WG1 can be rented again from September 21, 2024.
The tenant may only use the rental property for his own residential purposes. Subletting the rental property entirely or transferring it to third parties is not permitted. Registering your second home is possible.
